Senator Leman requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                                          
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 24(RLS) be taken up. The                                                
resolution was before the Senate on reconsideration.                                                
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE JOINT                                         
RESOLUTION NO. 24(RLS) Proposing amendments to the                                                  
Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to the budget reserve fund,
